A speedwatch group is seeking more volunteers to help crack down on speeding motorists. Southwell’s speedwatch group has on recent occasions recorded 20% of drivers exceeding 30mph as they enter the town. The group records the speeds and details, which are passed onto Nottinghamshire Police for warning letters to be delivered to those who are driving at speeds above 35mph.
