South Dakota State transfer outfielder Cael Frost announced his commitment to Nebraska Tuesday. He was the Summit League Player of the Year this past season before entering the transfer portal. Frost put together a huge junior year for the Jackrabbits, finishing with a .343 batting average to go with a school record 21 home runs and 59 RBI. He became the first SDSU player to win Summit League Player of the Year, and did so in his first year with the program after transferring from Kirkwood Community College.
