Bridge strengthening works will be taking place on a busy roundabout for the next five months. Major work is being carried out at Junction 3 of the M25, at the Swanley Interchange, from Monday (June 17). Between July and November last year, strengthening works took place on the roundabout’s east bridge to withstand predicted future traffic loads. During this time, the existing steel strengthening plates, which were installed in the 1990s, were replaced.
