Penn State picked up commitment No. 15 in its Class of 2025 Monday evening, adding New Jersey cornerback Jahmir Joseph. A four-star prospect in On3’s Industry Rankings, Joseph is now the third-ranked player in PSU’s class, coming in at No. 182 nationally. The addition of Joseph also moved Penn State up two spots in On3’s Team Rankings. The Lions came into the day with an overall class grade of 89.696.
