Recently, it became known that Motorola plans to launch several new smartphones on the global market, including the Moto G85. The device recently appeared in the TENAA certification database, revealing most of its specifications. Now, insider Sudhanshu Ambhore has shared the remaining specifications along with renders of the smartphone.
According to Sudhasnu, Moto G85 features a 6.67-inch 3D curved OLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, 120 Hz refresh rate and 395 ppi pixel density. It is powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 processor.
The phone’s camera system includes a 50-megapixel main camera (Sony IMX882) with f/1.79 aperture, Pixel Quad 1.6μm, PDAF and OIS; an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor with f/2.2, 118.6° viewing angle, 1/4.0″ sensor size, 1.12μm pixel size and autofocus; and a 32MP selfie camera with f/2.45 aperture and 0.7μm pixel size. It supports 1080p video recording at 60 frames per second.
The device is equipped with a 5000 mAh battery that supports 30W charging according to QC 3+ and PD 3.0 standards. It will come with 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage and will run Android 14. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, GPS (A-GPS), GLONASS, and USB 2.0. The audio system is equipped with two microphones, Dolby Audio stereo speakers with an intelligent speaker system and Dolby Atmos support.
The phone also has a number of sensors: proximity, light, accelerometer, gyroscope, and electronic compass. It measures 161.91 x 73.06 x 7.59 mm and weighs 171 grams.
