The Ebonyi State government has constituted a five-man committee to look into the remote and immediate cause of the collapse of a three-storey building under construction located at Plot 32, Udensi Nnodo Housing Estate, in Abakaliki. A three-storey building under construction had on Tuesday night collapsed at about 8:30 pm, which left two persons critically injured.
