Police investigating a sex attack in an alleyway have arrested a man. Yesterday afternoon officers were alerted to an assault which reportedly happened in the early hours of the morning in Pencester Road, Dover. The street was cordoned off yesterday at both ends and forensics were at the scene. A suspect was later arrested in connection with the incident, which is understood to have happened in an alleyway.
