Bulgaria is seeking to involve the European Union in its conflict with North Macedonia over a mention for Bulgarians in the preamble to the constitution of North Macedonia, Bulgarian President Rumen Radev said in Sofia on Wednesday. Radev said he was expecting immediate and specific talks on the observance of European principles and norms in the EU expansion process.
