Nottingham Forest have completed a deal to sign Newcastle United starlet Elliot Anderson – with the deal costing around £35 million. The Reds sold Odysseas Vlachodimos to St James’ Park as a makeweight and that’s offset some of the fee that Forest have paid. Anderson did want to stay at Newcastle but they were in serious danger of breaching the latest round of PSR and had to make a sale.
