Regis Le Bris has received high praise from former Sunderland goalkeeper Vito Mannone. Mannone spent four years at Sunderland after joining from Arsenal in 2013, making 80 appearances and becoming a hero when he saved two penalties to send them through to the League Cup final. The 36-year-old left when the Black Cats were relegated and went onto play for the likes of Reading, Monaco and Lorient.
