The lingering crisis between Ichen and Ndaka communities in Kurmi local government council of Taraba State appears to have been finally resolved. This was observed by the DAILY POST as both ethnic groups during the weekend entered into a peace agreement with the intention of putting aside their differences. The peace accord, which was collectively signed by stakeholders from the various tribes, took place in Baissa, the administrative headquarters of the council.
