The French international is a former player who came through the PSG youth academy, making his senior debut with the club and winning the Intertoto Cup in the Rouge-et-Bleu shirt in 2001. After his professional career, Abriel turned to coaching, starting with FC Gobelins, and gaining experience with the French military team and at the Amiens SC youth academy.
