A woman accused of assaulting a man has had the year-old charge dismissed. Corrie Black appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, July 4. The 19-year-old, of Elizabeth Avenue, Newbury, was accused of assaulting James Moxon by beating him in Newbury on July 2 last year. However, at Thursday’s hearing Ms Black, who was legally represented by Catherine Brymer, was told that the charge was being dismissed.
