Sean Eberhart, 58, a former Indiana State Representative from Shelbyville, was sentenced today to one year and one day in federal prison for accepting bribes from a casino company. Eberhart pled guilty to conspiracy to commit honest services fraud, admitting to using his position on the House Committee on Public Policy to benefit Spectacle Entertainment, a gaming company, in exchange for the promise of future employment.
