A “lustworthy” Kent home, described as a doll’s house, is on the market again but with an asking price slashed by £1 million. The Old Rectory in Wickhambreaux is up for £3.25 million and features eight bedrooms, a swimming pool, tennis courts and even a wine cellar. In January 2023 it was up for £4.25m having been sold for £1.9m in 2014. The Grade II-listed house was featured as The Times’ property of the week in the newspaper’s “lustworthy homes” section last time it was on the market.
