Danny Ray Boree (39, Keystone Heights), a member of the violent white supremacist gang The Unforgiven, has pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute 5 grams or more of methamphetamine and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announced the plea, which took place in federal court. Boree faces a mandatory minimum penalty of 5 years and up to 40 years in federal prison on the drug charge, and up to 15 years’ imprisonment on the firearm offense.
