Two of the UK’s biggest Britpop bands are joining forces for a riff-fuelled co-headline tour. Manic Street Preachers, who have been nominated for almost every accolade under the sun from BRIT Awards to the Mercury Prize, are currently touring with fellow rockers Suede – and the pair are coming to Margate. As part of this year’s Margate Summer Series \- which has seen performances from Bryan Adams, Limp Bizkit, Madness and Simple Minds so far – the two groups will play a headline set each on Dreamland’s Scenic Stage.
