The Police in Lagos on Friday arraigned two men in an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court for allegedly stealing gold jewellery and money valued at N25.08 million. The defendants, Dennis Legal, 33, a laundry man, and Hashimu Kabiru, 35, a trader all residents of 18 Adesuyi St., Akute and Ojodu, Lagos. They are facing a three-count charge of conspiracy, stealing and receiving stolen goods. The defendants, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges.
