A Metropolitan police officer faces a misconduct hearing after being convicted of assault following an incident involving two drivers in Stansted. PC Duncan Bouette, who is attached to the London force’s North East Command Unit, appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday July 10 following an investigation by Essex Police.
