The European Union’s border and coastguard agency, Frontex, will support security forces at the Olympic Games in Paris, the agency said on Tuesday. From July to September, there will, on average, always be 230 Frontex officers on Olympic duty, the agency announced from its headquarters in the Polish capital Warsaw. Frontex said this would be the largest special operation in Western Europe to date.
