The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a resolution approving a mandatory list of documents received as a result of the provision of electronic trust services.
In addition, the resolution regulates the process of transferring the authority to provide these services if the previous provider ceases to operate. This will ensure compliance with the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Identification and Electronic Trust Services” and accelerate Ukraine’s integration into the EU’s Digital Single Market.
The adoption of the resolution makes it possible to clearly regulate the provision of e-trust services and brings Ukrainian legislation closer to the requirements of European and international standards. It also makes it possible to introduce a mechanism for the continuous provision of e-trust services in the event of the termination of an individual provider.
Ukraine continues to create favorable conditions for the functioning and development of e-trust services.
