A man in his 30s has been charged with theft and attempted theft from vehicles in Wisbech. Daniel Clements Lawrence, 37, of no fixed address, has been charged with two counts of attempted theft from a motor vehicle and three counts of theft from a motor vehicle following his arrest in Wisbech last night (Tuesday).
