The World AIDS Conference wound down in Munich on Friday with hopeful impulses for better protection against HIV worldwide. Data was presented that gave cause for optimism, Conference Co-Chair Christoph Spinner said. He noted that HIV is now very treatable, and that there has been great progress in prevention.
