Cheers were had and drinks flowed as Diss and District Round Table celebrated the success of its first beer festival. The two-day event at Diss Rugby Club featured 18 brewed beers from the likes of Ampersand, Tindall, Grain and Woodforde’s, as well as music and entertainment. Marc Drury, co-organiser of the festival, felt it had been great. “We only reformed just over two years ago,” he said. “We have done a couple of events so we decided to do a beer festival.
