A Palestinian paramedic succumbed to his wounds on Friday after sustaining a serious head injury following an Israeli raid, the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PCRS) announced. The paramedic has been identified as Tamer Saqr, who volunteered for the organisation. The Palestinian Ministry of Health confirmed that he was killed and said he was shot using live fire during an Israeli raid a week earlier in the Balata refugee camp, east of the occupied West Bank city of Nablus.
