POLK COUNTY, Fla \- A 32-year-old Lake Placid woman lost her life in a two-vehicle collision on State Road 60 West near Lake Wales Friday night. Four others involved in the crash were treated and released at the scene. The accident occurred around 8:19 p.m. on August 2nd, approximately four miles west of US 27.
