The Foreign Ministers of Ukraine and Zambia have signed a memorandum of political consultations, stated Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba. According to Kuleba, today in Lusaka he held detailed talks with his Zambian counterpart Mulambo Haimbe.
