New Delhi [India], August 8 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Thursday said it will hear an appeal on August 9 against the Bombay High Court order upholding the ban by a Chembur college on students wearing burqa, hijab, niqab, stole or cap on the campus. A bench of Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud and Justices JB Pardiwala and Manoj Misra said that the hearing will be conducted on Friday after the matter was mentioned by the petitioner’s lawyer for early hearing.
