Nearly five months after Trev Alberts took over at Texas A&M, details about his contract are coming to light, according to USA Today’s Steve Berkowitz. He will make $2.2 million per year as part of the deal, which runs through 2029. Alberts left Nebraska months after signing a new contract at his alma mater. That deal paid him $1.7 million to start, but his salary would increase to $2.1 million per year starting in 2026, the university announced.
