Iúri Leitão and Rui Oliveira got Portugal’s first-ever Olympic gold medal outside of athletics with a men’s track cycling madison win in at the Paris Games on Saturday. The Portuguese duo scored 20 points for lapping the other teams in the 200-lap race plus another 35 from the sprints for a total of 55 points.
