Ranchi (Jharkhand) [India], August 11 (ANI): Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren celebrated his 49th birthday with the party workers at his residence in Ranchi, Jharkhand. Visuals show a huge celebration outside his house being carried on with dhols and musical instruments on Saturday. Soren was seen cutting a cake and distributing it among party workers.
