Ambala (Haryana) [India], August 12 (ANI): Heavy rains lashed Ambala on Sunday disrupting normal life and causing waterlogging in several parts of the city. Haryana Minister Aseem Goyal took stock of the situation. Haryana Minister Aseem Goyal said, “In the last 24 hours it has rained more than 220 mm. Any city can withstand up to 50 mm of rainfall in 24 hours but the rainfall has been 5 times more. There is a trend of cloud bursting.
