An 18-year-old who does not have a driving licence was seen by the police speeding in a car with fraudulent number plates. On Thursday, Lynn Magistrates’ Court heard that Lee Harrod was spotted driving a Ford Focus above the speed limit on June 12 by police officers in Marshland St James. Harrod was pulled over, and further checks revealed that the car had incorrect number plates – and that Harrod was driving without a full licence. In court, Harrod pleaded guilty to both offences.
