The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited has said that the petrol scarcity witnessed in the Federal Capital Territory, Lagos and parts of the country is a result of distribution challenges. This is as the firm said that it is working round the clock to end the challenge before midweek. It disclosed this in a statement on Sunday by its spokesperson, Olufemi Soneye.
