Spoonstruck is to open its ‘proper ice cream shop’ in Cambridge this week. Having built its fan base at local farmers’ markets and events, the company is now opening an ice cream scoop shop, selling high milkfat ice cream and vegan ‘Frozerts’, at 6 King’s Parade. A free ice cream afternoon – with limited stocks – will take place from 2-6pm on Thursday (22 August) to introduce customers to its products and help train the team, before the shop opens at midday on Friday (23 August).
