HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. \- A Hillsborough County Fire Rescue Lieutenant and his wife were arrested on August 22, 2024, for forcing a 16-year-old to engage in sexual acts with them. The incident occurred in March 2024 at a residence in Riverview where the couple is accused of forming a 16-year-old victim to engage in sex with the couple. The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office was notified in April. Sascha Engel, 39, and his wife, Alyssa Engel, 37, are both facing three counts of Unlawful Sexual Activity with a Minor.
