LAKELAND, Fla. \- On Tuesday evening, two Lakeland Police detectives narrowly escaped an attempt on their lives during a surveillance operation. The suspect, Arthur Jared Williams, fired multiple shots at their vehicle, but thankfully, the detectives were unharmed.
