The end of the summer transfer window is now in sight for Arsenal with not a great deal of business having been sanctioned. For some, this summer may feel as a missed opportunity from Arsenal to really put the pressure on Manchester City, as things stand. Arsenal have been able to provide Mikel Arteta with two new additions this summer with Riccardo Calafiori the first to land. Mikel Merino has now been announced as an Arsenal player after weeks and weeks of negotiations with Real Sociedad.
