Jake Fromm is returning to the Detroit Lions after the team waived him on Tuesday. According to Mike Garafolo of the NFL Network, the Lions are signing the former Georgia Bulldogs quarterback to the practice squad. Fromm originally signed with the Lions on Aug. 12 after spending the 2022 and 2023 seasons with the Washington Commanders. His NFL career began in 2020 when the Buffalo Bills selected him in the fifth round of the draft. We’ll have more on this story shortly.
