Nigerians are yet to see the end of the Premium Motor Spirit (Petrol) crisis as the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, NNPCL, blamed supply cost for fuel scarcity. The spokesperson of NNPCL, Soneye Olufemi, disclosed this in a statement on Sunday.
