“Last night (Sep. 3), a house belonging to a Ukrainian Railways employee—a locomotive depot engineer—was hit by enemy shelling in Pokrovsk,” the message said. “This city is currently a critical hub for evacuating civilians, and our railway workers are operating under constant threat of enemy attacks.
