The final defendant in a multi-year healthcare fraud scheme has pleaded guilty, bringing the total loss to Virginia’s Medicaid program to nearly $1 million. Jamahl Rennelle Burch, 43, of Hampton, admitted to conspiring with others to exploit the Medicaid consumer directed care program.
