A man was arrested in Canada and accused of plotting an attack on the U.S. to coincide with the anniversary of the Oct. 7 Hamas atrocities on Israelis, the New York Times reported Friday. Muhammad Shahzeb Khan, 20, a Pakistani citizen, was planning to kill “as many Jewish civilians as possible” in New York City, authorities said.
