The mother of the 14-year-old accused of killing four people at Apalachee High School in Winder, Georgia, called a school counselor Wednesday morning to report an “extreme emergency” involving her son, according to the suspect’s aunt. According to the Washington Post, Brown has a shared phone plan with the family, which allows her to see a log of her sister’s calls.
