A “frightened” 24-year-old sex offender has narrowly avoided jail after breaching a court order. At Lynn Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, Joshua Keys admitted breaching a suspended sentence handed to him by a Derbyshire court in August last year. He was arrested in Swaffham on May 6 this year on other matters, but was later found to have downloaded the SnapChat application despite being forbidden from doing so by his sexual harm prevention order.
