An appeal has been launched to help find two missing 14-year-old girls. Willow Higgins was last seen at around 7am in the Luton Road area of Chatham and Roxanne Harding was last spotted at around 7.15am in the Cuxton Road area of Strood, Rochester. Both teenagers are white, around 5ft tall, and are believed to be travelling together. Willow was wearing a grey hoodie, blue shirt, black school trousers and black trainers.
