So, one of Boris Johnson’s right hand ladies has been eliminated from the Tory leadership contest and, as I predicted, Robert Jenrick has topped the poll. It seems to me as though poor Priti has become the latest scapegoat for the former government’s asylum and crime crisis, even though most of the damage was inflicted by Suella Braverman.
