Tributes have been paid to a “well respected” grandmother who was a councillor for more than 30 years. Cllr Ann Muckle, who represented Temple Hill ward in Dartford until her retirement in 2015, passed away last month. She was Mayoress of Dartford in 1973 and 1974 and was granted the Merit Award, a major accolade within the Labour Party, for her dedication and contribution to the community.
