A political committee, Floridians Protecting Freedom, filed a lawsuit against the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) on Thursday, accusing the agency of spreading “misinformation” about a proposed abortion rights amendment, known as Amendment 4, through its website and ads.
