Chelsea have reportedly once again completed a raid on Premier League rivals Brighton by hiring a member of their staff. When you look at the last couple of years, Chelsea have on several occasions snapped up a mixture of staff, coaches and players from Brighton. The Blues signed the likes of Moises Caicedo, Robert Sanchez and Marc Cucurella from the Seagulls. They took manager Graham Potter from the South Coast, too.
